We rent mini room.
Simple zen rooms with individual bed, chair, table and some shelves to fold clothes and hang others.
Shared kitchen, bathroom, little dining, little patio, stairs and rustic sink for laundry.
Include services: light or power, water, gas, WIFI.
Basically these rooms are just for sleeping after a busy day.
Each person is responsible of his/her own garbage (organic and inorganic).
Cleaning service once a week by the roomies.
Punctual payments and respect are the basic rules besides keeping clean after using the different areas for respect to the other roommates.
We build a friendly environment with tranquil peaceful people.
Specific requirements for renting with us are:
1.-Copy of ID.
2.-Copy of regular income could be bank account statement.
3.-Copy of best friend or parents ID with contact info cellphone, house phone, e-mail just in case of an emergency to be able to call someone can assume responsibility.
4.-Deposit which is the same amount than the monthly payment.
5.-First month payment.
6.-To specify for how long are you going to be renting with us. Minimum 6 months.
7.-To bring your own blankets and pillow.
8.-If you are a student copy of the studies like scholarship or constancy like the degree
9.-If the scholarship or parents are paying the rent then a letter from them notifying they assume the responsibility of this.
