The apartment is located in a blind alley leading to a beautiful public garden with cherry trees and a pond. The room itself is situated on the back side of the apartment, a small window which opens on a garden, a big one on a lightwell: thus very quiet. The tenant, female or male, will share a 500+ square feet living room, a 180 sq. ft. kitchen and a 200 sq. ft. bathroom with the owner. All rooms but the kitchen were renovated and furnished in 2005 in a contemporary style. Rental charges include all costs, all cleaning products for kitchen and bathroom as well as the weekly cleaning of the whole apartment (including the tenants rooms) by a cleaning lady. Only nonsmokers and animal lovers: owner has an older, quiet cat. The neighborhood is lively, creative and typically Parisian, as well as off the tourists tracks. Great restaurants and one of the best parisian food markets (if not THE best) within a 5-minute walking distance. Next metro station is about 300m away, stations for two other lines are nearby as well as buses to nearly everywhere. Only for long-term-rental (minimum of 6 months).
