Utilities are prorated to number of household occupants. I provide high-speed WIFI, professional snow plow service, lawn service, amazing water from a deep well, septic, and curbside trash/recycling. I ask tenants to help shovel snow from the short walkway to the front entrance and off the decks--especially the large deck on the main floor.

Im looking for someone who respects quiet, keeps things clean, willing to chip in on routine household stuff... no drama, drugs, non-smoker, pets are negotiable and must be trained to not jump on furniture including sleep on beds/couches. I adopted a beautiful Siberian husky who is a toddler and in training. A section of the yard is fenced but most of the five acres (and large neighborhood lots) are not. With these open areas, we see wildlife routinely.
