Cozy, secure, furnished and fully equipped 2 br., 1.5 bath apartment, sleeps 4, in the heart of Quitos historic Old Town, two blocks from Plaza Santo Domingo and around the corner from El Parque Urbano Qmanda. Its a short walk to many historic churches, museums, restaurants, cafes, shops etc., including the popular La Ronda neighborhood, an old historic area that has been renovated and now hosts many interesting art galleries, restaurants, and live music. Our neighborhood (called La Loma Grande), is the old style with small shops and restaurants, and locals selling fruits and vegetables, meats, groceries etc. Its a five minute walk to the Electric Trolley, which runs the entire North/South length of Quito. Taxis are available on the street right outside the building.

The apartment is fully furnished including wireless internet and a large screen TV. It has great views of El Panecillo and the South of Quito. From the rooftop terraza there is a 360 degree view of the city, especially beautiful at night. There is a washer in the apartment and a place to hang clothes on the rooftop terraza.
