Howdy, I am subleasing my apartment at the University Trails from May 1st to July 31st this summer while Ill be interning in Austin. You will have your own room and bathroom in a 2x2 apartment. All utilities are included in the rent ($300) except for electricity which runs around $30-$40 depending on usage.
