There are buslines nearby to Santa Monica College and UCLA. The metro is about the 15 minute walk or a buslnk to the metro to downtown.
The house is re-modeled and clean. Three rooms are available as I am out of the country for an extended stay. , with kitchen privileges and laundry privileges. . Person must be employed or be enrolled at an institute of learning. No overnight guests or late night guests allowed. There is parking on the street and inside if nothing available on the street. The kitchen is large and modern and has a dishwasher. It is available for short term and possibly longer term. NO smoking allowed, no burning of incense or sage or essential oils. One, two , or. three rooms can be rented. There are two rooms upstairs that share a bath. They rent for 1,600. Both have ocean views. This house is in Ocean Park, north of Ocean Park BLvd. and west of Lincoln Blvd. The kitchen is fully equipped and each room has its own T.V. the internet and utilities are to be spit amongst the roommates. Internet is about 20.00 per person and the utilities depend upon how much you use. This is why you have to work away from home or go to schoool or you would pay more of the utilities if you work from home. The downstairs room is 2,000 a month and has a private bath and the upstairs rooms are 1,800 because they share a bath.
