At Liams guest house we offer the visitor to Trinidad whether on business or vacation, a ‘home away from home’. Our goal is to provide our guests with first class accommodation at affordable, non-hotel prices, making us the perfect alternative to hotel accommodation.

These apartments are located on 19 De Verteuil Street in Woodbrook, Trinidad. The neighbourhood is both residential/commercial , yet conveniently located within close proximity, to the supermarkets, fast food restaurants, pharmacy, gyms, clubs, banks etc. On the compound theres two restaurants, a bar, spa, and other shopping shops.

Parking is available outside the compound, our guest and tenants usually park their vehicles there and all goes well. Apart from that we also have security cameras on the compound so our guest feels quite safe and comfortable.

On the compound there are fifteen studio apartments. These apartments are fully tiled, and has hot/cold shower. The bedrooms are fully air conditioned and contains queen size beds, closets, quilts, flat screen television, cable and free WiFi internet. The kitchen area contains small refrigerator, counter-top stove, utensils, dishes, cutlery, toaster oven, kettle etc.

Rental price is fixed at US$300 per night which accommodates a maximum of two persons. Check in time is at 2:00 pm and check out is at 12:00 noon.

Please note 100% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Our hotel only accepts cash, credit cards,PAYPAL, western union or money gram which ever is convenient for you.

We also provide transportation services to and from the airport along with vehicle rentals.
