This is a room for rent. It is $1150.00 to move in. $650 per month, the lease is a two month minimum with month to month following that. The room is furnished with a ROKU tv, rack for clothing/storage (No closet included), a full-size bed with protective encasing and box frame, and a small dresser. There is a dining room with a tv and cable. Access to washer and dryer is in the home and included in rent for usage. You will have access to a deep freezer as well as regular refrigerator for food. Shared kitchen, dining room and bathroom. We are looking for a cleanly tenant who pays on time and are respectful. This unit is available as soon as possible for rent.
