I just went into contract for a house in Hilliard, so Im looking to sub-lease my apartment. I need to sub-lease for two months (March and April), with someone able to move in March 1st (or earlier if needed). If the tenant would like to sign a new lease after April, theyll have the ability to do so, otherwise they vacate.
The apartment is awesome!! Its on the coveted west corner overlooking the pool. It is on the top floor (7th), so you dont have anyone above you or anyone on one side of you, which makes it the most private spot in the building. The unit has stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors through kitchen and living room, as well as included washer/dryer. It is a two bedroom, two full bath unit (Madison). The bathrooms both have duel sinks, which is nice if two people are getting ready at the same time. The unit also has a balcony that you can see BBR and Dalhia from.
I signed the lease almost a year and a half ago and the rent to take over is $1,673. This is cheaper than what theyre charging now for the unit, ranging from $1,744 to $2,668. So youll come in with lower rent via this sub-lease than you would if you came off the street!
Arena Crossing is great! It has a pool, hot tub, fire pit, two grills, and fitness center. You can literally walk right to R-Bar, Big Bang, Brothers, BBR, North Market, Starbucks, Buca, or even the Arena itself. I know a lot of people in the building have Blue Jackets season tickets! You also get three floors of parking (underneath the building), with two being private with required badge access. This building is very secure and safe!
