Public taxi to town, runs every 2-3 minutes, literally...50 pesos, a little over a dollar...

Relax in the brand new oceanfront infinity pool and jacuzzi, or take a long stroll on the gorgeous 2 mile stretch of beach in your front yard..the nightlife and restaurants of Cabarete are only a 2 minute car ride, or 10 minute stroll...

Of the 60 Beach front units, only 2 in each building were designed and built as 2 level mezzanine penthouse villas...Our 1,700 sq.ft unit occupies the top two floors, giving our guests the best ocean views, from the highest vantage point...the 3rd and 4 th floor....Very large, 5-6 times the size of an average hotel room... consisting of a main level, with a full kitchen, living room, guest bedroom, and full bathroom..a marble tile staircase takes you to the dramatic second level of the villa, which has another stunning ocean view terrace, king size bed suite, and full bathroom....the main level bedroom has 2 twin beds, and another full bathroom, and separate vanity area..there are 3 terraces in the villa...2 ocean view, 1 mountain view...all provide wonderful sights and sounds of the ocean...the breeze is constant, and very nice to enjoy..Unlike Ocean Dream, and some of the other mega, las vegas like developments..Our Development has only 20 units per building..it is very private and quiet both at the pool and beach...yet 2 minutes from the action of town..perfect balance and relaxation..

There are many custom features that make our villa, very much a cut above other rental properties. Quality everything, comfort, and attention to detail are evident throughout, as one would expect in their own home..You will not find rental type or hotel room furnishings as u see elsewhere...if you are the type of person, that wants something different, and quite special, this villa is for you..

The villa is ideal for a family, or 2 couples...as 2 can stay privately in the upstairs master suite, and 2-3 can enjoy the downstairs bedroom, with its 2 twin beds. If you are just 1 couple, enjoy the entire place to yourselves, as my rate has been lowered from 1200 a week, to just 800, the same price, as the many 1 bedrooms offered elsewhere, with no ocean view, and half the space. I have found the Dominican republic to be an excellent second home, for my husband as well as a great place to vacation. The people are all so friendly, and nice everywhere you go. I have never felt unsafe, or uncomfortable. The Town of Cabarete is amazing with its great romantic restaurants dotted all along the beach, truly an experience to
