Getting Around


Downtown also gives you one of the most accessible locations to the rest of Dubai. The metro is on the other side of the Dubai Mall and can be accessed by walking through the Dubai Mall and the covered air conditioned walkway.
There are always plenty of taxis available in the area and if you decide to hire a car there is also free parking in front of the apartment tower as well as covered parking.
Within the Downtown area you can make use of the new Dubai Downtown trolley/tram or you can hire a bike and cycle around Downtown.


Other Things to Note


This is a self-serviced/catered apartment. As such, breakfast is not included and cleaning is limited to the check-in/check-out dates only in preparation for the next guest. However, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience.

The cleaning fee DOES NOT cover cleaning services during the guests stay. If cleaning is required during the guest stay then this can be arranged but requires a minimum of 2 hrs cleaning per visit at an additional charge of $30 per visit to be booked and paid in advance.
