This one of a kind luxury riad features an entirely open floor plan with birds flying through the communal spaces and the sound of the ocean throughout. Design here is in the purest Moroccan tradition and the property comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests. It is the only house on the ocean with floor-to-ceiling Portuguese terraces in every room. As the tallest building on the ocean, it has unmatched 360 degree views of not only the ocean (look West for perfect sunsets), but also of the old town directly behind. The house is organized as a riad, with an open central courtyard featuring a sculpted fountain. Open stairs, arches and flowing curtains divide the communal halls and spaces. The decor also is in the purest Moroccan tradition, with hand cut tiles, antique doors, and custom made colonial furniture to compliment the open air, oceanfront feel.

On the ground floor there is a Moroccan-style bar and sitting room with fireplace, an open dining room table with seating for 12 and a bathroom with blue tiles. The first floor is a guest floor with a beautiful, open, communal living area, two guest rooms in traditional decor and one bathroom in Moroccan stucco (Tadelakt). On the second floor there is the master bedroom suite which is comfortably furnished with elegant colonial elements and traditional Moroccan features. The master suite is comprised of a living room, en-suite bathroom with bath and an original hammam. Each bedroom has a unique atmosphere and is well equipped, with a comfortable double or single beds. On the top floor is the terrace, with it’s washed blue floor, grand Moroccan carpet, and large table, surrounded by traditional pillowed banquet seating. Here apertifs and dinners can be served. It also has a double bed for sleeping under the stars at night.
