The house: A spacious furnished house in the center of the city. We have a front room, garage, large well-equipped kitchen, big indoor garden with flowers and an herb garden coming along, and a massive backyard with mango and nispero trees and lots of potential.

The location: A safe neighbourhood, many hostels and restaurants close by, 6 blocks away from the central park, close to baseball stadium.

The rooms: All are furnished with a bed, fan and clothing storage. Some include and ensuite bathroom. All Internet/utilities are included. Each room has its own unique lock and key. Rooms are $180-$200 depending.

The people: We are all easy going people working in the non-profit sector here in Leon. Some of our interests include rock climbing, salsa dancing, vegetarian cooking, yoga, soccer, blogging, and exploring.
