I will be graduating and moving in May, so I need a female to take over my lease beginning June 1st 2016 until August 31st 2016.

- Large Bedroom (in a 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment)
- Large En Suite Bathroom
- Full sized Washer/Dryer
- All Utilities except electricity paid (~$30/mo)
- Fully Furnished
- On Bus Route 15 to TAMU (also in walking distance to campus/Northgate)
- I may be able to move out two weeks early, in May, if that is something you are interested in, please inquire.
- I will provide $30/month for the three months remaining in the lease (June, July, and August) for you to use towards your electricity bill (the only utilities you have to pay).
