I have a room part of my three-story house in University City that I rent out regularly. The home is located in a beautiful and nice street about a mile southwest of the University of Pennsylvania and two blocks from a trolley line that takes you to Penn (8 min ride) and to Center City. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.
Your room is on the third floor Available now is a small room furnished with a SINGLE bed, a desk, and a closet. You would have use of the adjacent bathroom. There is wireless internet through out the house. The kitchen (on the first floor) and laundry in the basement would be shared with me and other professionals.
