Renting a cozy room.
I am renting a room in my apartment. It is well located, in San Borja District, a quiet, secure and clean District. The room is complete furnished, my guest will have access to the whole the apartment; living room, kitchen (kitchen, microwave), laundry (machine). The room include TV55, internet, Wifi, Prime video streaming and TV peruvian Cable. The bathroom is shared only with me (lLandlord). It is located at 1 block far to Metro Supermarket, also where the Supermarket is, there is a Commercial Center called Real Plaza (You can find stores like Ripley, Coolbox, Restaurants like Chilis, Starbucks, Fast food like burguer king, pizza hut and Movies Theater.) I live in the 8th floor, in a building of 18 floors, 2 elevators, Doorman. The view is beautiful, to the Green field, which is free and there, you can run, make exercises, dancing classes. Also there are fronton and football spaces which you can rent for hours. There are also 02 swimming pools, one Olympic and other with floor, you can use them 3 times per week paying US$ 60 montly. If you desire I can give you tips and information regarding near touristic tours and the most touristic places in Per like Macchupicchu, safe taxis, souvenirs places, public transportation., etc All you need to feel comfortable, happy and safe, just focussing in enjoying your trip. The rent price is: US$ 500 friendly dollars per month, US$ 160 per 1 week and US$ 25 per day.

My apartment is located near to our Pacific Ocean, at 15 minutes far from Miraflores District, the most touristic point in Lima-Peru
