The house is located in Fiumefreddo Bruzio a tourist spot of great value added from November 2005 in the prestigious club of the most beautiful villages in Italy, and is one of the historical wonders and cultural landscape of the province of Cosenza.
The house is an old house in the city of the medieval walls, can host 6 person on three levels:
First floor : little kitchen, dinning room, bathroom with shower, double bedroom
Second floor: double bedroom, single room, bathroom with shower
Third floor (attic) : bedroom with balcony, bathroom with tub.

The village is 200 meters high and about 500 meters from the sea walk along a romantic path, while by car along the highway will be about a kilometer away from the sea.
