Im a friendly, low key open minded male here in lower Manhattan. I live in a Cozy studio apartment in lovely Battery Park with view of the Hudson River. My apartment has a a spare full sized bed in its own section with draw curtains for more privacy, full kitchen, air conditioning. Convenient to shops, restaurants, free wi-fi hotspots in the area, subways, World Trade Center, Wall St., China Town, Little Italy, Greenwich Village and more. I can host for up to 1 month at a time here. Payment is due upon first arrival. There arent too many house rules except for - no shoes worn in the apartment. No smoking, drinking or drug use. Kitchen is for preparing vegan (non animal) foods only.
