Your stay in Kyoto will start by a free taxi pickup at Kyoto station upon your arrival. The driver will take you straight to the house.

Guesthouse Incognito is a fusion of friendly traditional living and modern housing.
It has been renovated by the easy going and talented architect Hiromu Nakanishi.
The house offers you comfort and privacy and can welcome 6 to 8 people.

The first floor has a spacious living room with an open kitchen and offers a view onto a veranda where you can have all your meals.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms:
a) 2 Western style bedrooms: one with a Queen size bed and the other with 2 single beds that can be put together if needed.
b) 1 friendly style bedroom on tatami that can accommodate up to 4 people.
Unlike other friendly houses, the villa offers 2 toilets: one on the first floor and a second one on the second floor.
A bathroom with bath and shower is conveniently located near the rooms.
There are 2 terraces at your disposal: one balcony by the 2 Western rooms and
one big rooftop terrace with a great view on the mountain where you can see the Diamonji set on fire during the Daimonji Gozan Okuri-bi, one of the four major traditional seasonal events in Kyoto.

The house also offers the following amenities: free WIFI, laundry machine with dryer, iron with ironing board.
