I have viewed three flats within my budget from this landlord all in central locations in Tehran. I have stayed for 4 weeks in the one bedroom Amirabad flat. It was nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and quite with plenty of space and light. It was also 5 minutes walk to Shahrvand supermarket and shopping centre where you can buy almost anything at good price and minutes away from restaurants and take away food shops. It also has excellent transport connections to all part of the city.

This unit is located in Chaloos, near caspian see north of Iran. Not as close to Tehran as it is displayed.

This is an affordable place in west of tehran, close to metro, shopping areas. The owner is a pleasant retired woman who is happy to offer you help from guiding you through Tehran, TAKING U to attractive place of tehran, and even helping you during difficult time when you are ill and needs emergency treatment.
The price is unbeatable and the home is quiet cosy and feel like your own home.
