The Space

This is a 2bd room/ 2 bath room suite located on the Top Floor! This means gorgeous high rise ceilings and no loud neighbors above!

Bedrooms: King size beds (one Eastern, one California), sheets, pillows, night stand, night lamp, Decoration. (Theres also amazing cabinet dresser set built into wall which I didnt receive picture of)

Kitchen: pots & pans, silverware, plates, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, trash bags, cleaning supplies, and more.

Living Room: Leather Sectional Couch, Decoration, 50 Mounted Flat Screen TV, Cable, High Speed Internet, Apple TV

Bathroom: All essentials

Washer/ Dryer Included. Iron/ Ironing Board too.

Guest Access

Youll be given an electronic fob key & will have access to all the amenities listed. Additionally, youll receive a garage key. Theres 2 tandem spots available.

The Neighborhood

My favorite part of Studio City is Ventura Blvd. (Which you are directly adjacent to!) They have a countless amount of Restaurants, Bars, & Other Exciting Venues to choose from. And if you love Sushi, youll never run out of selections. Youre also around the corner from an Upscale shopping Center. With great restaurants/ Fast Food, Grocery Store, Bank, CVS, and more right there!

Studio City is very special. It is like a laid back Beverly Hills. Its still a very ritzy area, with many successful neighbors. But they happen to have a down to Earth attitude and are very pleasant to be around!

As stated, youre extremely close to Universal Studios. But other neighboring locations include: North Hollywood, Hollywood, & Burbank!

Getting Around

We are within walking distance of Universal Train Station. Which is 1 stop away from Hollywood & North Hollywood/ NoHo Arts District. You can also make it to DTLA in 25 min.
