Ive been given an amazing opportunity to take a promotion out of this market. My lease extends to the end of September and I need someone to finish it out. If you really love the place you can re-sign another lease with the great landlord.
The apartment is very contemporary with concrete floors, modern finishes, stainless steel kitchen with all stainless appliances, pantry, etc. There is a new standard size stacked washer and dryer. Each bathroom has its own shower and tub with very modern finishes. Walk in closets in each room. My room has lots of light alone with the rest of the apartment. There is a patio outside that we quite enjoy having drinks and grilling on any given night.
My place is directly across the street from a park. The neighbors are all very nice and welcoming and very much watch out for each other and love to be conversational.
Most of the common area furniture will be leaving so you will have plenty of space for any of your things.
My roommate is someone I have known for over 10 years and is one of the most genuine and caring people Ive had the pleasure of meeting. He works quite a bit beyond the regular 40 hour work week so you would end up having plenty of time alone.
It will be available to rent in the end of June with flexible dates for move in.
