There is a Cleaning fee to be paid at the beginning of the stay of $200.00.

There is a deposit is for keys of $50.00. If the keys are returned, the deposit will be returned.

The rental amount includes the first $150/month of electrical consumption. The balance to be paid by the tenant.

This rental is 5 1/2 apartment.

The quoted monthly rate is for two (2) guests.

Rental is negotiable depending on the situation.

If you are a nice person, respectful, clean and a non smoker, you are my ideal tenant.

If you are sensitive to noise or you are loud or you are a musician or you can not respect your neighbours, this is not the ideal rental for you. The house is a wood structure and not a concrete build. If you are arriving with more than just a few suitcases, if you are needing to bring your own furniture, this rental is not ideal for you.

- Kitchen/Dining area, Master bedroom, Bedroom/Office, Smaller Bedroom, Bathroom with washer and dryer, Living room, Spacious hallway

Included:
- parking space (there is ample street parking)
- high speed internet.
- cable television
- self-clean oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee/espresso/cappuccino machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board
- Guests are able to control the heat in each room.
- each room has its own closet/storage space
- portable AC in the living room and another in the master bedroom.

Min. stay one (3) month but will consider less time depending on the situation.
