The House is a Luxury 3 bedroom/ 2 full bath home on 2 levels with about 1400 sq. feet. 100% Remodeled in 2007 with high end furnishings. Eco Friendly Products are used to clean our home. Parking for 3 cars is located on property. Wireless Internet access as well.

All Vacation rental bookings include a $100 dollar cleaning fee, also a 9.5% tax. our house keeper comes in once a week on longer stays.

We are located in a Great location, close to all major attractions, freeways are close by, University of Washington, Childrens Hospital and North Seattle Community College are very close by as well.
