Enter the villa thru a private, secured gated entrance with electronic opener. This villa contains upstairs and downstairs accommodations and can be rented as entire villa that is 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (3 bedrooms upstairs, sleeps 6, or 2 bedrooms downstairs, sleeps 4) or separate 3 bedrooms upstairs only. Quoted rates for the two varieties of rental are as follows:

3 bedrooms, sleeps 6: $120.00 p/night, $700 p/week, $1,800 per month
5 bedrooms, sleeps 10: $160.00 p/night, $900 p/week, $2,200 per month

Downstairs is entered by both inside access thru stairway or outside private entrance. Upstairs has expansive open balcony and lower quarters has large covered patio with granite table seating 8, overlooking the gardens. Downstairs patio area also has friendly DCS built-in gas barbecue with fully vented hood and counter space with sink.

Both upstairs and downstairs villa contain modern gourmet kitchens, featuring electric convection oven, gas stove top, side by side refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave ovens. Upstairs has washer/dryer and downstairs has washer. Upstairs and downstairs master bedrooms are large and spacious, featuring office desk space, large bathroom with jacuzzi tubs and separate showers. Additional bedrooms have private bathrooms. Lower quarters have full exercise room, complete with treadmill, full weight components, stationary bicycle, and sit up bench.
