Hi everyone! My name is Hannah Woody, and I am a senior at UT. I am looking for a easy going female tenant for the 2015 summer season! The room is quite large, I have a full size bed and desk in there with plenty of space left. Either one of these are included if you need the room furnished. The closet is walk in with high ceilings.This room also comes with a private, in room bathroom that has a shower/bath. We got this place because of the amazing natural light all throughout the condo. The kitchen in a nice size and there is also a sizable balcony with a great view of the frost building. You will be sharing the apartment with one lovely roommate. She is graduating form UT this May and will be staying on and off there during the summer. She is the type to have a couple of friends over about once every 2 weeks or so, and keeps to herself but is also personable. Okay, here is what I need from yall if youre interested:
-18-25 year old female, preferably a student or recent grad.
- Have to be open minded. This is a safe space for all ethnic and cultural groups, religious views, political views,
genders and sexual orientations.
-may not be insane. Dont be like a chick from mean girls, dont eat all my room mates food, dont destroy the house etc.
-sry no pets, or smoking cigs in the house (420 friendly, anything goes on the balcony)
- I need to meet you face to face! I live right next to campus. call me up! we can chat either in the apt. or be basic and
talk about everything over a couple of lattes at Starbucks.
- We have cable and a lovely large TV and roku outfitted with HBOGO, Netflix, hulu plus, amazon prime tv, and literally the fastest internet you can buy. This is all included, I am willing to pay for your share of the internet over the summer.

Thanks guys. The price is listed at 725 but I am so willing to negotiate. Internet is included and there is no water or gas bill, just half of the electric.
