Swimming Pool is of a good size, as depicted in the photo. The swimming pool area has been pleasantly landscaped, and there is also plenty of room around the pool for sunbathing etc.

Spacious balcony terrace at the front, overlooking the swimming pool area, together with views over Villamartin golf course.

The terrace also houses a patio table & chairs, enabling one to eat and / or relax outside whilst enjoying the views.
