LOCATION: 80 miles from New York airport and 100 miles from JFK airport. Putting Bushkill falls in your GPS will provide an approximate distance. The house is in a upscale gated community called Sawcreek estate. Bushkill is a booming neighborhood of the region known as Pocono. Delaware Water Gap, Delaware National Reserve Forest, Shawanee ski resort are my neighborhood natural attractions. Beautiful lakes roaring and murmuring creeks are all around.

Weekly Rental: $2600 for guest not exceeding 12..
Refundable security deposit $2500. Additional damage protection insurance to the tune of $10,000 will be required for prom parties, friendly parties or any party where 70% of the occupants are below 25. If you are having trouble in getting that insurance, book through .com (both my houses are there, one under Pocono Pines and the other as Ballygaunge). I will pay 50% of the charge that you have to pay as guest in addition to my paying the charge as a host.
• All guests should hand over the house in the same way they received excepting washing the lines, towels or making the beds

• Maximum 20 overnight guests are allowed Guests beyond 17 but not exceeding 20 have to arrange their own sleeping Bags.

• Minimum 2 nights booking is required for regular weekend and 3 nights for long weekend

• Number of day guests should not exceed 35. Not more than 4 cars will get the gate passes for day guests

• Rates include all charges such as cleaning fee, association registration fee etc. No separate charges for linens and towels soap, Gas for BBQ grill. One small bundle of wood for fire pit is complementary. Trash removal and cleaning cooking and serving utensils used by guest are guest’s responsibility.
