Smaller house is situated in a residential area in a quiet location in Lopar on the northern coast of the island of Rab. Lopar is one of the most beautiful places with the fmous sandy beach - Rajska plaža which is only 7 minutes fom the house away. Center is only about 5 min away as the ferry to the nearby island of Krk in place Valbiska. In the backyard is enough space for parking, and there is a barbecue on for all guests in the house.In the house are 2 identical apartments on the 1 floor, each with its own entrance.
Apartment for 4-5 persons consists of 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds, modern kitchen with oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker and kettle, dining room, SAT / TV. From one bedroom and kitchen lead out the exit to a spacious balcony overlooking the garden. In the kitchen is exist the possibility for extra bed on the sleeping chair, bathroom with shower and toilet, air conditioning.
