This is a 45 sqm apartment located 10 mins from the ferrys and 15 min on foot from the Old Town, in the heart of the Tallin modern downtown area. It is also a 10 min walk from the prestigeous Stockman department store and the Radison Hotel.

The Space
The bedroom is about 15 sqm and has a double bed 140x200cm with a comfortable medium hard mattress.

The apt comes with wifi, silverware, bedlinen and towels. The kitchen area has a fully furnished kitchen, with a washing machine. The living room area, connected to the kitchen, has a nice wooden table four chairs and a foldable bedsofa.

The bathroom has a modern shower cabin, sink , toilet, hairdryer and comes with towels.

MINIMUM STAY: The minimum stay is 3 nights, but you can always ask us if we have a gap in our booking calendar for 1 or 2 nights.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• The Security/Damage Deposit will be held by by pre-approving a debit authorization into clients account. When the guest checks out, if we dont report any damage within 48 hours, will automatically cancel the debit authorization.
• After the booking confirmation we will provide you the contact of our apartment assistant, so you can arrange the arrival meeting and key delivery.
