The Upper Level has 9 bedrooms/10 beds, 5.3 baths. This 5k sq ft single floor apartment can easily accommodate up to 20 guests. With the capability to equally divide, we can easily accommodate smaller groups.

We rent each room by the day, week or month.

Daily rates start at $150 per day / per room
Weekly rates start at $500 per week / per room

Fully furnished w/ video doorbells/intercoms, hotel door locks for each room.
Our bedrooms are professionally designed & decorated.
With grey walls & white trim, white tufted friendly leather headboards with pillow-top, super comfy mattresses, covered in white blankets, white pillows & white duvet comforters.

All the rooms have led tvs with satellite service, in-room wifi, Marth Stewart Bathrobes, individual climate control.
We use Dove products, Cottonelle tp, & youll find baby wipes in all our restrooms.

We offer Next day Laundry Service. Wash/dry/fold for $1.50lb

Our housekeeping assistants will maintain your room fresh all day.
Well gladly unpack your belongings, steam press your evening wear, send out your laundry, turn down service, bring you a glass of water, make you some tea.....You get the idea. We spoil you.

We dont have a pool or a jacuzzi. We dont offer food or beverages. Instead we offer you a self catering kitchen with all the appliances, utensils, glassware needed to make you feel right at home.
For added privacy, walk in traffic is never permitted, so youll never run into strangers while you stay with us. RSVP only is the only way to get in.
