POLICY FOR MONTHLY RATES -

Stay is considered as One (1) month even if it falls below 30 days. -There is a requirement of two months secuirty deposit.

REASON: The one month deposit will be applied to the rent, The 2nd month Deposit will be applied to payment of the bills.

The EXCESS deposit will be REFUNDED upon check-out.

- Electric and water bills are paid by the occupant (each unit has electric meter). This will be computed based on Davao Light and Power Charges. -
Water and Electric Bills are based on actual water in cubic meters consumed. - Cable TV is PHP 500 per month for digital box sky cable. - Internet Fee is PHP 500 per month per unit. * SKY CABLE and INTERNET CONNECTIONS ARE OPTIONAL. Just inform the mgmt if you do not want to have cable and internet connections. -
Occupant cleans his own room & maintains sanitation. - Occupant should report water leakage or electrical problem immediately. -
Occupant should inform caretaker at least 3 days before check out. ITEMS FOUND IN THE ROOM: Plates, bowls, fork, spoon, knife, chopping board, can opener, drinking glass, saucer cups, water pitcher, table mats, pillow with case, bed sheet, blanket, trash can, flower vase, frying pan, cooking pan, sandok - utensils, broom, glass mirror, water pail or tabu, bidet spray, comfort brush, electric kettle, electric stove, plate cabinet, air-condition, water heater, and floor mop.
