Looking for a female guest in my 2 bedroom UWS apartment (I am female as well). Great for someone moving to the city, apartment hunting, looking to get settled.

Large, quiet, sunny room with a loft bed. Dates that the room is available are Feb 16 - Mar 4, and minimum stay of 7 nights preferred. $80/night, includes sheets, towels, utilities + wifi.

The apartment itself is spacious and clean, fully furnished, with nice fully equipped kitchen and large living room on a great quiet block in the Upper West Side of Manhattan on 73rd St between Amsterdam and Columbus. Very large living room area, and comfortable sofa. Projector with Apple TV.

Great location: quiet street, 1 block from Central Park, 1 block from express 1,2,3 subway, and B,C subway, Trader Joes, Duane Reade, many restaurants, grocery stores, very safe neighborhood. Very clean apartment, all included. Laundromat around the corner.

$300 is required upfront to hold the booking and as security deposit, this will be refunded if there are no damages. Deposit will not be refunded if reservation is cancelled. Full payment for rent is required upfront upon move in. Please, no smoking and no pets.
