NOTES:

Check-in: from 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Late check-in needs to be agreed in advance and is charged extra at 15 €.

Check-out: within 10.00 am.

Cleaning: weekly cleaning is included in the price for those who stay over 10 nights. If required extra cleaning is charged at 10 € per hour.

Linen changing includes change of bed linen set and bathroom linen set once a week. If required any extra change is charged at 10 € per person per linen set.

Air conditioning: charged extra at 10 € per night.

Damage Deposit is requested on arrival at the Villa to the sum of 200 € to cover any accidental damage which should be given in cash at Check-in time. Guest acknowledges that there will be a charge for losses, breakages and if required any extra cleaning the damage deposit will be adjusted accordingly.

Tourist Tax: 2 € per person per night. This tax is not included in the rates, has to be paid upon check in and is not applicable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.
