I have just finished renovating the second apartment of my historical house in downtown QUITO.

I always have friends visit stay at my house from around the world. My house is located only a 5 minute walk to downtown Quito area, busses and taxis are near by, a 15min walk to La MARISCAL OR PLAZA FOCH, safe and friendly neighborhood, local grocery stores only 1 block away, or big supermarkets only $1.50 taxi ride away.

My and myself are from the us, and we speak 3 languages, so we could help you with any language barrier.

My apartments have wifi, its fully furnished living room- bedroom- bathroom- and kitchen, hot water, flat screen tv, cable, laundry machine, and all the utilities are included.

At the responsibleent I have a two bedroom apartment, with all the amenities listed above. The house also has a huge patio to enjoy Quitos lovely weather.

We do accept daily- short and long term lease. We do need a deposit depending on you stay.

The apartment has: 2 private bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 complete bathroom.

you have the option to rent the full apartment for $500/ month.
or, rent 1 private bedroom, shared living room, shared kitchen and bathroom for $300/month.

each room could stay per room max!
