I would like to sublet my Old town apartment to a responsible and clean person. The apartment building is situated in the heart of the old town of Zurich. The main shopping street Bahnhofstrasse is below my street. There are many restaurants, bakeries, tee rooms and museums around. It takes only 5 min to walk to the main train station and 8 min. to walk the lake of Zurich. The old town of Zurich offer many attractions. The apartment building is next to Lindenhof, a historical site, which is the old roman Fort. The neighbourhood is very nice and calm.
The 2.5 room apartment has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. Its suitable for 2-3 persons. The kitchen has a gas stove and is equipped with necessary utensils (no dishwasher or micro).
There is a laundry room in the basement of the building and several dry cleaner shops in the neighbourhood.
In the rent is electricity, heating, water and internet Wi-Fi incl.
Pets and smokers are not welcome.
The rent is 3500 chf/month.
