The reason for the single Occupancy is the climate of this home is peaceful and private. If the wives came with their husbands it would be crowded and our executives that have to leave their wives at home will be uncomfortable. We have been catering to executives that travel for work for 18 years, we have spared no expense because we have our regulars that return every year or just keep a place here year around.

This room is a private entrance room, with extra refrigerator, desk, mirrored wardrobe and much more.
We do have rooms twice this size and also a room that is a little smaller than this. Our prices range from $350 a week to $425 No small rooms in this home. (Room with Private) and extra refrigerator.
Large monthly discounts from $100 to $200 dollars every month, with 30 day written notice.

1. The kitchen is remodeled with everything you could possibly need. The newest addition is air fryers, blendek, panini makers and much more. We have no one that uses this large beautiful kitchen right now because the 3 gentlemen in this home keep a room here but I have only seen for 5 minutes out of the month. One is an attorney working 80 hours a week, second a CEO that is only here 3 to 4 days a week. The third is a business owner that goes home to his family half a month. So it is pretty quiet here.

We not only have 4 wifi terminals but every room is also hard wired.
We have daily maid service so you are always in a clean room and bathroom well the entire house is immaculate daily.
