The villa is on two floors, with a large balcony and large garden. Sleeps five in two separate bedrooms. Two WCs and three shower/bath facilities. Two kitchens.
Upper floor: Spacious living room/dining, kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator. Sleeping room with private dressing room and bathroom with WC and bathtub. One bathroom with WC and shower.
Ground floor: One sleeping room. One washroom. Kitchen with refrigerator and basic cooking facilities. Washing room with a washing machine and basic shower facility.
The space for rent is approximately 180 m2 (1900 sq ft). The layout of the house, the number of bathrooms, and one kitchen on each floor, offers privacy to its guests.
Size of beds: Upstairs, king size, 180 cm (DUX). Ground floor: 160 cm and 90 cm.


Minimum stay is 5 nights.

Rates are based on 2 guests, add 55 Euros per guest, per night.
