The building also has a Starbucks and a local favorite farm-to-table restaurant. As an incentive, I am willing to pay for your $150 monthly indoor parking pass. In addition, your base rent is over $100 less than similar units available on the Standard website. Washer and dryer are included in unit along with tub/shower combo.
