In-building washer & dryer. My room has a desk, dresser, large closet, full bed, and ultra-quiet window A/C. The area is very walkable and transit-rich: my apartment is within 2 blocks of 3 Green Line branches (B, C, D) to get to downtown Boston, around the corner from the 86 bus to Cambridge and Somerville, and across the street from the Chestnut Hill Reservoir (nice spot to run/ walk).

Available beginning May 13, through mid-to-late July. Can negotiate a later start, or earlier or later end. Subtenant is subject to final approval by my landlord. This sublet would be perfect for a summer intern or student.
