I need someone to sublet the apartment to. The apartments are really nice and fully furnished. The bedroom has its own lock and bathroom attached. The clubhouse has a gym, pool tables, a golf simulator, and a pool that is open when you move in. Even the staff in the leasing office are really nice. Theres a private mailroom for packages and such. There is also a UD shuttle bus stop. Suburban Plaza is within walking distance for all your grocery or hardware needs. Every person gets their own parking space, so theres no need to worry about fighting over parking. The apartment has four bedrooms total, so youd have three roommates, but the only thing youd have to share with them is the kitchen. Even the pantry comes with four different shelves so everyone has their own. Electric is split four ways throughout the apartment, and the water is split by block.
