I have been staying at this unit for 3 month and enjoyed the very convenient location. The landlady was ever so friendly and helpful and made my stay very comfortable. The close vicinity to Marine Park gave a good opportunity to take morning walks and as it happened I lost some good pounds which was very much needed. I will not hesistate to recommened this unit which is located in a peaceful and safe neighbourhood

I originally planned on staying here for 4 months, however, I ended up staying just short of 2 years, the landlady always made me feel like family, the apartment itself is huge, it came fully furnished and had everything i needed to make me feel at home. the neighborhood was very safe and had everything conveniently located, cvs, gym, restaurants, 24hr deli and bus lines, all just steps away, kings plaza mall was also around a 5 minute car ride.

I am very satisfied. The landlord is very welcoming friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, close to shops and train, and the neighbors are also good. It is a nice and cozy apartment, clean and spacious. I recommend this place to anybody who is looking for safe and quiet place. I am will be leaving because my work in New York has finished. In the future I will be back here without any hesitation!

I have lived with Ms Suamn for over one year and i can honestly say she is a wonderful landlord. The apartment is very nice and well maintained Also, the neighborhood is safe and quite. She is very freindly and living with her was more like living with a freind than a landlord she treated me and my son very well. I would strongly recommend renting an apartment from her.
