I am looking for someone to reassign the remainder of my lease through 07/31/2020 at Nine15 West in Midtown Atlanta. I have not yet renewed this lease, so lease renewal would be at the discretion of the new tenant. You will need to complete the leasing process just as I did in order to qualify for the apartment (i.e. credit check through the building leasing department).

This is a one bedroom, one bathroom unit facing the interior courtyard. I have thoroughly enjoyed living in this community. With access across the street to MARTA and walking distance to Publix and a number of restaurants, this location is amazing! During the summer, the rooftop pool is fantastic. The apartment gym is unlike any I have ever experienced as it includes free weights, kettlebells, a smith machine, and bench press/barbell. For those with dogs, there is a secured courtyard and dog park within the complex.

The unit will be available for move in on or following 03/29/2020. With concessions, rent and parking are roughly $1600/month. Without the concessions, rent alone is $1848/month - so this is a fantastic deal! Electricity has been no more than $30/month. The stove and heat are both gas and combined with the water/sewer utilities. All in, these three services have been between $80 - 100/month. Washer/dryer are in unit. The new tenant would assume all utilities and the remainder of the lease.
