The manual of amenities are as followed:

1. Our listing is NOT right next to the MRT station. If 5 minutes bus ride to Taipei 101 MRT station OR 12 min walk to XiangShan MRT is unacceptable, this place isnt suitable for you ;)

2. The listing is located on the second floor within 15 steps of stairs cases. The floor contains five independent private rooms with separate shower stalls & bathrooms. The public area contains the hallway to the laundry room, washing & drying machine, hot water dispenser, and Nespresso machine for coffee.

3. Full-size bed (perfect for 2) one hundred twenty cm wide x one hundred eighty-eight cm long. Please do make sure before booking!! You may also check our guests review on sublet for further assurance.

4. Upon arrival, please DO make an early appointment if early drop off is required.

5. Smoke and CO2 detectors are installed in every room. Smoking indoor is STRICTLY prohibited
