im a Disabled Veteran with a 3 bedroom apt, i have 2 spare rooms 1 small room furnished with leather coach and other iteams, the other room is doyble the size of the furnished room ,but it is just being used as my temp storage ,can be cleaned out fairly soon but thats why there is no pic of that room, the rent for that room is 600 a month ,175 a week and 30 daily, deposit is 1 months rent as well as rent for month will Prorate monthly tenats.

i have internet , the other room i have available is just being used as my temp storage it is almost double the size of the furnished room, wheather the person wants any of the 2 rooms Furnished or not its the same price. im only looking for , please , no couples, and sorry,no pets, trying to keep it simple ,utilities for monthly tenats would be around 50 + for electricity, depending on how mych and how much tenat uses and 20-30 for gas, i do require a deposit of 1 months rent as well as rent
