Looking for quiet, mature, non-smoking individual or couple to live in the main house - owner her own car and private "tiny house" addition on the side of the main house and is there off and on throughout the year. This house is perfect for non-fussy artists, seniors or city dwellers(s) who need a quiet, green, creative "retreat" space to think, create, write, relax, and recharge in.

There is a small dance/art/yoga studio upstairs that can also be used as a 3rd guest bedroom if necessary as it also has a pull-down Murphy bed.

House is furnished, retro/boho/eclectico -- nothing new or shiny in this house! -- but very comfy, on dead end street, walking distance from the Amtrak train station and little store plus only a 1.5 hour commute to Penn Station. If you like to walk, there is a community pool at the library a few miles away, and Rhinebeck is only 3 miles down the road, complete with restaurants, movie theater, spas, health food store, etc.

For the right person or couple, this could evolve into a longer term, part-time arrangement all year round. Remains to be seen!
