Subletting our 2bed/1 bath house in platte park. House is a few blocks away from the awesome pearl street, near washington park and 5 min from DU.
Very close to the i25 and downing exit which makes an easy travel and quick access to the mountains via i70 or 285.

2 bedrooms on the main floor + Unfinished basement with laundry and dryer with another hang out room that has a comfy mattress, couch and TV.
Ideally, The bedroom we sleep in will be locked with our belongings, however we would consider having a tenant in there if must be.

We are leaving October 4th - november 4th for travel. It is possible we might extend our travels by another month, something that if becomes possible would need to be agreed on both sides of course.
