The house is pretty quiet. No one here smokes, no pets. We would be looking for someone who can guarantee the 4 months when signing the sublease forms. Must be able to pass a background/light credit check! Be friendly, respectful, clean up after yourself and pay your bills on time... thats all we really ask for!
