The apartment will be virtually private as I spend 99% of my time in my room (recovering from an accident) and am very accommodating and easy going.

Along with the private bedroom, there is a shared bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room.

~Building~

Located in Lenox Hill nearby most hospitals which are a few minute walk, if you happen to be interning. My unit is on the 11th floor with an unobstructed view of the Manhattan skyline. Very clean and large laundry room. Marble facade and lobby, elevators and 24-hour a day doormen. Spectacular rooftop lounge area!

~Location~

Lenox Hill is close to Central Park, just 10 minute walk and but a 3 minute walk to the newly-renovated portion of the Upper East esplanade Close by are amazing restaurants, movie theaters (two minute walk to the new dine in movie theater), bars, shopping, hospitals, 5 minute walking distance to New York Hospital, Sloan Kettering, Hospital for Special Surgery, and Lenox Hill 64th St. Four blocks north of midtown. One minute walk to first avenue buses. Three avenues and four blocks from the 59th street and Lexington Avenue subway line. 3 minute walk to Sutton East . that is the ideal place to play tennis in NYC with 8 newly surfaced indoor clay tennis courts in a climate controlled environment.

*just 3 blocks from an Express Subway stop (4,5,6 line) and Express and Local Bus on the same block. The subway will take you to Times Square in 5 minutes, and all the way to the Southern tip of the city (Freedom Towers - 9/11 Memorial) within 30 minutes. 59th street transit stop is close by (N, R, Q, W and the 4-5-6 lines all servicing up and downtown).

~About myself~

I am an educated, artistic fun person, and ubiquitous world traveler.

I trained in Switzerland to be a chef, cooking French, German, Italian cuisine and in Bangkok I studied at the Hotel Oriental School, Thai cooking. I also studied jewelry design, dress design in Europe and Cuisine and Flower Arrangements in Tokyo and Massage Therapy at The Swedish Institute. I also studied Aromatherapy, Herbal Medicines of China, India, and Europe and other complimentary healing arts.

I am a former model, actress, singer and television presenter in Tokyo. I have been a drama coach, comedy writer, and worked most of my life for several charities (not for a salary).

I trained in Switzerland to be a nurse/doctors assistant for the leading stem cell therapist and trained in many of the specialized machines at the clinic.

I am very easy to get along with and flexible. I am not opposed to an occasional sleep over or visitor if said visitor is previously announced, familiar, harmonious, and continuously attended. Noise factor is not an issue, really, because the walls of this building are especially thick

I have an indispensable and amazing woman four or five hours a day that shops, cooks, cleans and runs errands that will clean your area, launder clothing, pick-up/drop off dry cleaning, etc.

The Golden Rule comes to mind, when I ponder a prospective roommate. In addition, I applaud: Loyalty, Fairness, Respect, Honesty, Integrity, Conscientiousness, and Responsible Comportment.
Dishonesty is a pet peeve. I appreciate kindred spirits in Cleanliness, Optimism, Patience, Thoughtfulness, and Promptness.

I am canvassing the possibility of sharing my space, perhaps with you? Let me know your requirements and about yourself.
