The apartment is recently renovated and refurbished, and you can self-check-in to the apartment.

Information would be helpful during your stay in apartment
• Car access to the building can only through remotely controlled boom gate. Also main entry door opens with electronic chip. Guests who is self checking, or the first time entry, we will let you into apartment first and find remote control and electronic chip on the board next to entry door inside the apartment. Parking is free with camera surveillance 24x7.
• Self check-in instruction and door code was provided in check-in instruction section on listing. If guest wants to change the door code, new code must be informed in advance to host by message.
• TV code: 1 Using pay TV must be noted to owner and paid before check-out
• Hot water need to be run few seconds to get boiler heats the water. No more than 1 min.
• Trash and Disposal is outside next to boom gate.
• If you need cleaning, laundry in addition in the middle of your stay, please let us know and it will be charged
House Rule
• Please treat this home as your own. This is our private home that we made it available for you while we are away.
• No smoking! No pets! No shoes in the apartment. Please take your shoes off at the entrance. No parties or events! Our neighbors live very nice and quiet and they appreciate if we do the same.
• Check in time: after 3pm (if no guest checking out on the same day, its flexible. Check with us before arrival.) Check out time: before 12pm
• If you damage the home or any items, you may be charged Turn off (unplug) all electric devices, water and close the windows when you go out. Make sure to lock the door well when you go out.
• All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price. This must be done no later than 24 hours prior to check-in and paid for at that time. Failure to do this is a violation of our House Rules
Check-out
Close and lock all windows and close blinds.
Turn off all lights and small appliances.
Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
Put all dirty/used towels in the laundry hamper.
Leave all bedding and pillows on the beds.
Report any damaged or missing items to your Hosts
